The king of the jungle ran for his life because he was chased by his own crazy prey

Very few herbivores can make the king of the jungle run away in shame. A rather rare moment in tigers.
Tiger is considered the king of the jungle and is a symbol of strength and authority. Due to the solitary lifestyle, tigers equip themselves with superior hunting skills and unique moves to defeat large prey, but the hunt is not always successful.

Here is one of the rare times we see the king of the jungle running for his life when being chased by his favorite prey. The video was filmed by Joel Gouder at Kabini Back Lake in Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

Gouder said, Kabini Back Lake is a place where you can see any animal coming to drink water and tigers are no exception. However, before the tiger came here, there were 4 Indian bison (gaur).

Normally 1 adult tiger can defeat 1 Indian bison, but with 4 it is a different story. Moreover, it only came here for the purpose of drinking water rather than hunting, so it avoided an unnecessary fight.

The four cows reached the lake first and chased away the king of the forest and fled to the nearby bamboo bush. The tiger had to refrain from thirst when he had not had a sip of water and could only wait for the bison to leave after he had had enough to drink.
