While wandering around looking for food, two buffaloes accidentally entered the territory of a ferocious hippo. But instead of retreating, one of the two buffaloes decided to confront this powerful opponent.

When the buffalo approached, the hippo immediately opened its mouth wide, giving a dangerous warning. However, the buffalo not only refused to leave but also became more provocative, as if challenging the hippo’s patience. Anger erupted, the hippo immediately rushed forward and bit the challenger’s head.

Being attacked unexpectedly, the buffalo realized its fatal mistake and ran away in panic. Luckily, it managed to escape before it had to suffer a painful end.

Hippos are large animals that often live in rivers, lakes or salt marshes in West Africa. They are easily identified by their huge mouths and their preference for soaking in mud to cool their bodies.

Despite their cute appearance, hippos are one of the most aggressive and unpredictable animals in the world. When angered, they are ready to confront fearsome enemies such as crocodiles, rhinos, and even much larger opponents such as African elephants.
