Although considered the only dragon species remaining on Earth, few people know that Komodo dragons have unique and surprising hunting methods. With their large, heavy bodies, Komodo dragons usually do not attack head-on, but instead, they hunt with patience and cunning.
When detecting prey, Komodo dragons quietly approach from behind, then suddenly deliver a fatal bite. This bite not only causes pain but also injects an extremely powerful toxin into the prey’s body. The toxin slowly spreads, weakening the prey for several days, and then the Komodo dragon just patiently waits for its feast.
However, in a special situation, a Komodo dragon encountered a lion – a powerful predator. Initially, the Komodo dragon used its familiar trick: sneaking up on it with a deadly bite. However, the lion was not easily defeated. As soon as it was bitten, it immediately counterattacked, using its sharp claws to continuously strike the Komodo dragon.
The Komodo dragon initially dodged, trying to escape the lion’s fierce attack. But the lion did not stop, it continuously attacked, forcing the Komodo dragon into a difficult situation.
Angry and cornered, the Komodo dragon decided to counterattack. It bit the lion’s leg hard, using its tail to whip its opponent, causing it to fall. At that moment, the entire Komodo dragon pack rushed in, tearing the lion apart in a fierce battle, ending the dramatic and brutal confrontation.
