Lions rarely hunt adult hippos, as hippos are among the most dangerous and feared species in nature. But sometimes they also want to try their hand at getting quality meals for the whole flock and their babies.

Tourists were driving to visit the national park when suddenly a giant hippo leisurely in the middle of the road, followed by a herd of lions trying to find an opportunity to attack the hippo.

Suddenly, a lioness rushes to attack the hippo, using her teeth and claws to tear repeatedly into the back of her prey. Suffering from the attack, the hippopotamus unleashed its fury on a nearby Land Rover, scaring the driver away.

However, the lions did not falter at the movement of the hippo, they continuously launched attacks like storms, tearing their prey.

With no other choice, the old hippo tried to use its last breaths to move towards the roadside ditch and then succumbed to the power of the ferocious lions.
