A deer, being squeezed by a large python, thought it would soon fit in the belly of a giant python, suddenly being helped by passers-by.

The video shows a deer being squeezed by a large python that seems to soon fit in the belly of a large python, suddenly being helped by passers-by and narrowly escaped death.
In the clip taken from a nearby car, the large python can be seen overwhelming the deer, making the poor animal unable to move.

When the viewer thought that the deer would surely die, a person who did not appear in the frame used a large tree branch to repeatedly hit the python until it had to loosen its grip, and then let go of the deer. The python then had to give up its lucrative prey and slither into the grass by the roadside.

“Glad they helped, maybe because the deer is being taken care of by the zoo,” one user commented. Meanwhile, some others expressed disagreement with human intervention to save the deer, commenting: “Don’t disturb the natural food chain”.

Even a famous wildlife advocate in India shared this clip and raised the question of whether the intervention to save the deer was right or wrong for everyone to debate.

“When you have to choose between being right and being kind, I will always choose kindness,” said an employee of the Forest Service of India.

Another asserted: “That action is extremely wrong, we should not interfere with the way nature works”.
